MY PHILOSOPHY

Now a days our bodies are taken for granted with very little movement or care, however on the opposite spectrum its also  heavily abused with artificial substances  and destructive training , more isn't always better or necessarily the answer.

We are too focused on the superficial aspect of what's going on in our bodies but the real question is how do you feel most days? In pain ?Depressed? Anxious?  Physically Tired? Mentality drained? Overweight ? Low confidence?

Reconnecting with your body is understanding what works for you , not what you see on Instagram or other social media platforms Is necessary for you . If we feel govern or imprisoned by our own bodies it's going to affect other areas in life such as work , relationships, health , finances , happiness , success ect. You can't study self discipline but you can create habits to build your mentality and perspective on how to cope with your own personal life . It's all starts with our anatomy and physiology ... "The human body".
